This library provides students with access to all series of InitiaLit Readers. Any Parents/Carers and Students having difficulties logging in, should contact their School Administrator.
The following information is provided for Teachers and School Administrators wishing to understand the MultiLit eLibrary.

Yes. If you would like to upgrade, please contact [email protected]. You will be issued an invoice for the difference in price between the previously purchased tier and the new tier required. Your login credentials will remain unchanged.
The eLibrary uses a browser-based platform, so books can be read on desktop computers or mobile devices (including smartphones and tablets).
Yes. There is an option to allocate individual book levels per student.
Yes. MultiLit eLibrary allows teachers to view which books children have read online. Traditional home reading diaries (or other offline methods) can also be used to record progress.
Once an InitiaLit decodable Reader has been opened for a minimum of 5 minutes, the timer will record it as having been ‘Read’. This timing applies regardless of the type of device used to view the books online. Please allow a minimum of 10 minutes for the Firecracker Books (Ignite Series). Please do not close and reopen the book during this period as the timer will be reset.
No. Logins to MultiLit eLibrary are system-allocated and comprise a combination of Class Code and Student Code.
Yes. MultiLit eLibrary has a three-tiered user structure comprising Administrator, Teacher and Student. Administrators manage the school’s overall account. Teachers manage their assigned classes and students.
No. There are no bundles available for purchase of both the printed Readers and subscription to the eLibrary.
No emails are sent to student users of the MultiLit eLibrary. Only Administrators receive a one-off communication from MultiLit upon activation of their school accounts.
If your school comprises a multi-campus operation, you will be required to purchase a separate subscription per site. You can view available tiers and pricing structure here.
A QR code on a printed label will enable students to access the eLibrary using a combination of Class Code and Student Code.
Yes. Printable labels are provided as part of the eLibrary so students can readily see their access details.
No. MultiLit eLibrary is a dedicated website created specifically for access to decodable readers online. MultiLit Customer Portal provides access to downloadable program resources and online assessment tools.
MultiLit stores the name, email address and class of students that are provided to us by the schools that subscribe to this service. This data is hosted in Australia with a reputable hosting company whose commitment to the privacy and security of data meets our high standards.
We do not share personal information with any companies apart from our suppliers providing technology support. This support is provided by a number of carefully selected IT service providers who may require access to personal information to perform their assigned duties, though they are engaged under contracts that require them to follow industry best practices over any data they have access to.

or protect their privacy.
