Latest news: Firecracker Books, The Ignite Series
The latest addition to the MultiLit eLibrary is the Ignite Series of Firecracker Books. This series of hi-lo chapter books are for students in Years 4–6 struggling to read at the level of their peers, and provide reading and fluency practice. These books are available as part of your eLibrary subscription, and ready to be assigned to your students.

New features
You will notice the eLibrary has been enhanced to include features and functionality requested by our users.
These include:
- a new three-tiered user structure: Administrator, Teacher and Student. Administrators manage the school’s overall account, and Teachers can now manage their assigned classes and students
- an option to allocate series and levels of books to individual children, and see which books have been read
- an easy-to-navigate administration dashboard
- a new approach for student access, using Class and Student Codes to log in instead of email address and password
- printable labels to provide students with access details.
Help with imports
A new feature enables schools to import details of their teachers, classes and students. The following instructions explain the process to follow. These three items need to be imported in sequence.
If you would prefer our assistance with this, we remain available and will happily perform the import on your behalf. To enable us to do this we will require:
- the first and last name of each teacher, and their email address
- a list of classes and the email address of the head teacher for those classes
- a list of first and last names for each student, and the class they are in.
Please note: we no longer require you to provide a password or email address for students. Many schools requested we move away from this for privacy reasons.
